Coming home is the path of yoga - to yourself, to nature, community, and peace. Home is a place to truly be: playful, messy, honest, emotional, and safe.This summer, join Jeff and Siri Frieders on the Frieders family farm for a very special half day retreat in Walnut Grove
We will start the day with a full practice, an offering of tandem-led Ashtanga-inspired vinyasa yoga, pranayama, meditation and dharma discourse.
The morning will conclude with a fresh, locally sourced brunch madein our green house kitchen!
Come join the community and practice among horses on our 150 year old pear farm right on the Sacramento river.
Camping:
Want to arrive early and wake up on the farm to the sounds of nature?
Pitch your tent the evening before the retreat!
For 15 dollars sleep under the stars next to our horses and wake up ready for practice! Bring your own snacks and dinner (potluck!). BBQ, water, toilet,
a hot outdoor shower, and hot tub provided
